Introduction
Moderate to high amplitude, slow (3-5 Hz) tremor often associated with severe functional impairment.
Clinical manifestations
- cerebellar signs
- increasing amplitude of tremor as limb approaches target[2]
Management
- treat underlying pathology if possible
- physical therapy
