Introduction

Moderate to high amplitude, slow (3-5 Hz) tremor often associated with severe functional impairment.

Clinical manifestations

• cerebellar signs
• increasing amplitude of tremor as limb approaches target

Management

• treat underlying pathology if possible
• physical therapy
