Etiology
- central tympanic membrane perforation
- peripheral tympanic membrane perforation
- may be associated with cholesteoma
Clinical manifestations
- diminished hearing, conductive hearing loss
- ear discharge
- NO otalgia (earache)
Management
- referral to otolaryngologist for evaluation & treatment
