Introduction

Non-consensual sexual contact of any kind with elderly or disabled person or with any person incapable of giving consent.

Including, but not limited to:

• unwanted touching
• rape
• sodomy
• coerced nudity
• sexually explicit photographing

Warning signs:

• physical evidence of sexual trauma
• hesitation to talk openly
• contradictory statements
• implausible stories
• flirtation or coyness between caregiver & elder
• 'doctor shopping'
