Introduction
Painful/tender, compressible blue swelling in variant of capillary venous lymphatic malformation (cavernous hemangioma).
Clinical manifestations
- Tender, compressible blue swelling
- size: a few mm to several cm
- may exhibit localized hyperhidrosis
- often occurs multiply on trunk & upper arms
- similar lesions may occur in the GI tract
