elevated serum smooth muscle myosin with limited clinical utility an isolated marker for ectopic pregnancy^[3]

Management

surgery
methotrexate 50 mg/m2 IM single dose^[1]^[2]
- serum hCG < 15,000 mIU/mL associated with 95% success
