Epidemiology
Clinical manifestations
- fever, arthralgias, myalgias, headache
- maculopapular rash over palms, soles, extremities
- rash may be purpuric
- rash may desquamate
- myalgias
- arthritis (50%), ankle, knee, wrist
- recurrent fevers in some cases
