Etiology
Epidemiology
- individuals contracting measles who received killed measles vaccine between 1963-1967 in the USA
Clinical manifestations
- maculopapular eruption beginning on distal extremities, spreading centrally
- skin lesions may evolve into vesicles or petechiae
- edema of extremities
- Koplik's spots are absent
- headache
- nodular pneumonia
